This project includes all the upgrades and design features required for a LEED gold faciility including sophisticated lighting control systems, extensive use of recycled, renewable and low VOC materials, highly controlled HVAC systems, and open plan office spaces with the efficient use of day lighting thorough out.
All construction activities were conducted maintaining a controlled clean facility as well as the 85% plus recycling of all excess materials. Caliber worked closely with VSE and their vendors to ensure full collaboration, and an efficient and timely completion and move in schedule. All project milestones were met or exceeded.
